As part of the project, a 16x6 m swimming pool with an integrated 4x4 m jacuzzi was constructed. The relaxation area opens directly onto the pool and landscape. A summer kitchen with a barbecue zone, a bathroom, and a storage room are positioned facing the pool, creating a seamless leisure environment.

The territory is surrounded by greenery and trees; according to the client’s request, a lawn and a limited number of trees were planted. Nighttime lighting was designed to remain subtle and blend harmoniously with the surroundings.

The total area of the house is 920 m², designed in a contemporary architectural style. Lighting solutions from renowned brands such as Artemide, Davide Groppi, Flos, Brotis, along with extensive LED systems, were applied to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.
