The façade of the house is designed in a contemporary style, primarily using two materials – ceramic granite and thermowood.

Although the Absheron region is known for its mild climate, thermal loss calculations were carried out and taken into account during the design phase, ensuring the home’s energy efficiency and comfort.

The residence is equipped with a Schneider elevator for 4 persons. The ceiling height on the first floor is 4.10 m, on the second floor – 3.50 m. Panoramic windows with a height of 3.20 m provide abundant natural light and a sense of spaciousness inside the house.
