The process of getting a mortgage
- You order the project of your house to our company or bring your own ready project
- We calculate the estimate for the project of your house
- After the project and estimate are approved, a construction contract is signed with our company
To get a mortgage loan, you submit the following documents to Kapital Bank:
- House project, house estimate and construction contract
- Extraction of the land on which the house is built (kupcha)
- Extract (copy) of the mortgaged real estate object
- Your income statement
The bank makes a decision on granting a mortgage loan within 3 working days.
A tripartite agreement on mortgage construction is signed between Kapital Bank, Amal Group and the client.
You make an initial payment for the construction, and according to the contract for the construction of your house, subsequent payments will be made by the bank.
